I sit down. That is what I do and am doing. Still ill, though not as badly, but sitting and down none-the-less.

I apologise in advance for my state of mind at the moment and over the next week. I wish I wasn't so but I appear to be.

I function, although the illness has diminished my abilities to some degree, and I show as few signs of the down as I can to the little man and by beloved other (although I know she knows anyway) but still it is there and I am sitting down.
